    I'm pretty sure nobody uses it except the spam-bots.

    It does seem pretty pointless over on the right, doesn't it!

    I think I may have found what the trouble some people are having with quotes.  I'm just kinda curious as I don't have the problem except under one condition.  If I open a new tab (or window) for the quote, I lose the cursor setting outside of the blue quote area.  So, the only space available is inside the blue area.  Like I said, just curious.  One might find that, if you can change something in your settings to NOT open a new tab automatically, you may not have that problem.  Not the best solution but it seems a lot better than anything that Admin is going to do, which seems clearly to be nothing.  Wish Paolot had done this board.

    Yeah, quotes can get messy on here.

    If you are familiar with HTML, you can edit the post - including any quotes - in that format. It's the last button, ie with the red <> symbols. You can check what you've done by flipping back to normal-edit before actually posting. The button toggles between the 2 edit modes.

    (Yes, I know you shouldn't have to do it that way, but...)
