Everyone should vote on Thursday. If you do not, you are part of the problem, trust me. Your ancestors faught tooth and nail to get the right to vote; to wrest the yoke of oppression from the titled and rich and a lot of us just piss that chance to …

If you like the Floyd Kat, you will like this exhibition. Very slick and stylish, it follows their career from inception and then along the way via every album. Thoroughly recommended!

I seem to be a bit late to the party but heard this today when Craig Charles sat in on the breakfast show on BBC 6 Music. A remix of I heard it through the Grapevine by Grant Lazlo orchestra with Marvin Gayes original vocal. Fabulous. Give it a go.…

I am beginning to think I have slipped into an alternate universe where the USA is actually a sitcom along the lines of 2 and a half men and Trump is a comedic President, accident prone and always close to a gaff. Now that would make sense. As for…

I love that layered, breathy vocal sound so prevalent in music of this origin, be it Enya, The Corrs or Clannad. Seen the Corrs in concert, just to prove I have a soft cuddly side. The emotion in something like the end credits of Harry's Game b…

Anyone fancy a 10" vinyl promo version of this for £40? It's the Ewan Pearson dub remix. If so, it's available on the EIL website. http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=247150&adtype=LH&from=LH_app&utm_source=LH_app&a…

It's OK. Not crap , which is good, but OK. Thing is, it's a bit like drinking Cava after drinking Champagne, or eating a beef burger after a fine steak. You won't starve, but you yearn for the steak again.

It was spelt Elycian, but a small shift to mimic her first name would be fine.

Very sad. So young. So handsome! And by hanging. That's desperate ( unless accidental in some auto asphyxiation sketch a la Michael Hutchence)/David Carradine). Did a cover of Black Hole Sun once with moi on vocals.
